Delivery charges are dependent upon the distance.
How quickly can I get my order?
Your order will be delivered within three (3) hours.
*Delivery will be on next day if you place your order after 6:00pm.
Do you verify orders?
Yes, before processing any order, our customer service team will call you to verify your order.
How can I track or check status of my order?

How do you pack my groceries?
We uphold quality packaging standards for the safe delivery of your order. Our franchises are staffed with packing professionals who take great care in securing your order for delivery to your doorsteps by our trained delivery personnel.
How do I return items?
We have a return policy which entitles our customers to return the product at the time of delivery. If the product doesn’t meet the specifications that was originally ordered. However, no returns are permitted after the product purchased has been accepted for delivery.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 10 minutes of the order placement; you will not be charged a cancellation fee. However, we will call you before the delivery to confirm your availability and if unanswered for more than 3 times, your order will be considered cancelled.
